Comment:

I enjoyed Professor Campbell's class. It was a compressed class, 8 weeks instead of 16 so it was more fast paced but manageable. He seemed to care and offered help 2 nights a week at the lab which he encouraged his students to go to. He is a fair grader. I made it to every class and got an A.

Mr Camobell has the best intentions! It's obvious he loves what he does but for someone who is TERRIBLE in math this was def not the class for me. He goes wayy too fast and i understand it because he has limited time but it's hard to grasp anything. The math lab is where you will learn and probably be the only reason i pass this class.

It's a lot to take in, and fast, he does race through it because of it. Other students mentioned being just as confused. A lot of lab time just to keep up. He does encourage you though, and grades on a curve. If you ask a question, he'll do his best to explain it.

Very fair. He does teach fast but he has to because the length of his courses are only 6-8 weeks each semester. I shouldn't have passed his class, because I did not do well on the in class tests and the Final Exam but he curved me a bit and gave me a C because I was there every day, participated in class and put in endless hours in at the lab.

he goes really fast over the materials, his class is like a reading class. If you are not good at math don't take him you won't really learn anything.The only good thing he does accept late labs..

He is not the clearest professor and he rushes through the information, but he has too, a lot of information to get across to the students in just a few months. He works at the Math Lab so he can help you out there if you need him. Also, he will accept homework and Math Lab Mastery's up until the last day of the semester, which is kind of awesome.

While he does move rather quickly through the book, I noticed that he never had an issue going back and revisiting any concepts that people needed help with. If you take his class and you have any questions all you have to do is ask. He is also very forgiving with late assignments and clearly wants his students to succeed.

he is hard to understand he only teaches the way he want he doesnt teach other methods. he moves too fast. by the time u study a question and figure out u have a question he is 2 or 3 ahead of u. but aside from that he is very accepting of late work and trys his best to work with you.

Not a teacher for those who do not like math. Strictly by the book. Literally, did not stray. Speaks fast, I would slow him down on purpose. Only helpful if you asked him, he did offer to stay late as needed. Would explain things thoroughly, until you 'got' them. Be patient with him, he knows his stuff, he's not THAT bad.

Not bad, not great. If you have a handle on math, you'll do fine. He teaches straight from the book, not creative at all. Talks fast, hard to keep up, confusing. He seems to be confused himself. He is easy to work with, will let you take make up tests, some slack on labs due date. Very lax class, people coming in & out all the time, talking

This guy suxs.. Im in his class anD all he does is read from the book.. No notes to give that will help us follow the lesson after class and his test kinda don't reflect what we learn.. Im having my last semester math 0012 teacher tutor me so i dont fail.. The whole class feels the same! DON'T TAKE HIM!

He is...ok. Not great but not bad. Just average. I believe his worst quality as a teacher is classroom management. Students talk all through class even when he is trying to lecture. He doesn't try to stop them. He just talks a little louder. I think he would be a fine teacher with a little classroom training.

His tests are very easy multiple choice. Positive things aside, Campbell is a terrible teacher. Take him if you already know most of the material and want an easy A. He doesn't explain things clearly, gets confused himself, and rushes through things people have a hard time understanding. I do not recommend this teacher.

i don't recomend him if you are really struggling in math. he just reads from the textbook. i found it more helpful to go to the lab. hard to follow sometimes. hw is extra credit. easy class. student friendly i.e. you can miss some days. he lets you come to his other classes.
