Best teacher that I have had, EVER! There is the proper amount of material for the class and she lets you know what is expected of you in the class. She made me want to learn more about nutrition and to start the nutrition minor. Take her any chance that you get!

Nancy is great! Very entertaining as well as a fantastic professor. There's no BS with her... just straight forward material and she tells you exactly what you need to know for exams. I would take any one of her classes again if I could!

I absolutely love Nancy Jensen! She is a great teacher and is very passionate about nutrition. She's also super funny! She's very approachable; I went to her office a few times and a 15 minute conversation turned into an hour. This was my favorite class this semester; Nancy is great! Definitely take her classes every chance you get!

This is my favorite class ever. Nancy Jensen knows her stuff and is very straight forward. Tests are extremely easy if you do the studyguides and take some time to look over the powerpoint notes.

I was in Somsen Lecture Hall, which was not good for me. Her mini exams are easy, her bigger exams are harder, with so much info to cover. Class is based off of slides that are uploaded on D2L. Tests and quizzes on D2L. intimate lab sessions as well.

I cannot express enough how amazing Jensen is! She is an awesome professor, and I always loved going to class. She relates to teenagers and makes nutrition really interesting. She will explain what she expects from you on the test and give you sample questions, but you still need to study to do well. Loved this class!

It is if my firm opinion that everyone should take this class regardless of your major. She is a such a great teacher and person. In my opinion the saddest thing about this class was that it ended, but you realize how much you learn. I will most definitely miss you Nancy and thank you. Never stop!

She's very entertaining and a fun woman, but that does not make her a good teacher. She is extremely hard to understand and her tests are not near as easy as she claims. She makes it way too difficult for a basic nutrition class.

She is AWESOME! She's funny and she really cares about her students. She's willing to help if you need it! Just show up to class and listen to her lectures and you'll do fine on exams. She thinks of creative ways to remember things. There is NO TEXTBOOK! TAKE HER IF YOU CAN!

Nancy was great!! I definitely recommend her! Her teaching style is easy to follow and she doesn't require a book!!! If you're struggling with your grade just talk to her about it but NOT at the end of the course! she doesn't like that! Just attend lecture and pay attention and you'll get a decent grade.

Jensen is a great professor, she makes the class interesting because she is funny and uses different styles of teaching to get your attention. Take this class seriously there aren't many points offered, which means that you have to do good on all of the assignments. The final is pretty easy. The tests aren't bad either. Take Jensen if you can.
