Dr. Woodard was a great professor. I took this course as a science option and ended up really enjoying it. LOOK AT PAST EXAMS!! He uses many questions from previous questions on his exams, if you know the past tests well you are guaranteed a 70.If you go to class and do the work you will do well!

To start, I thought the course would be a GPA booster. IT IS NOT. His notes are disorganized. His opinion is ALWAYS correct, and his stories are always questions on the final exam. A pass is a 60%! He is a soft talker. He is a nice & approachable man who loves his subject. Just a tough prof.

He was wonderful! If you had questions he was more than happy to answer them before, after, in or out of class. He is very approachable and friendly. Main things are to attend his class, ALWAYS, don't whine, and make sure you know where you went wrong on the midterms also know his old exams backwards and forwards.

HUGE FAKE IS RIGHT acts like he cares about your performance, which is a total lie, he doesnt respond to emails, notes are disorganized even if you go to class your still screwed for the final because he adds questions you have never seen before. His grading chart is also outrageous... a 78% is a C+ STAY FAR FAR FAR AWAY WHILE YOU STILL CAN

Dr. Woodard is a huge fake. He pretends all he wants is for you to succeed but he picks favourites like crazy and if you're not one of them then tough luck. I got 80 on the midterm and at least 70 on the final and failed. The class isnt curved but his marking scheme is bs. Miss one assignment (even for SWINE FLU)& you're done. Such an unfair prof.

Appreciates discussion, but if he tells you his opinion take that as correct. As mentioned before, exams questions are mostly repeated. Do NOT use your laptop in his class. Loves the subject matter. Take his class!

Genuinely wants you to succeed, and is willing to help you so long as YOU show effort to do well. Marks fairly. Very interesting, balanced viewpoint regarding forestry, and very knowledgable. I enjoyed going to class.

really good teacher and very fair, if you want to do well in his class you will. All of his exams are identical to previous ones which are posted so super easy to do well and on top of it he gives lots of bonus marks on assignments and tests.

Easily one of my favorite profs ever! Always held interesting lectures, was extremely fair with tests and marking, and absolutely loves his job which made class much more enjoyable. My favorite Woodard phrase: "Can you imagine that?"

Paul is a good teacher. This was one class I never slept in because he was always speaking on something interesting, and has lots of good stories. It sounds like he has had a lot of real world experience, which gives you the feeling that Paul is having a conversation with you, not merely teaching. He made it very clear what would be on the tests
