Dr. E was fantastic! He's very soft spoken, but that doesn't mean the things he says don't matter--it makes you pay attention more. He tells amazing stories and grades based on effort. I wish he wasn't retired because I would take him for everything!

If you are gping to take the 1 credit technical writing courses, beware that Eubanks uses local professionals to teach the courses. He'll make an appearance the first day only. I had one "professional" instructor who was completely inept as a teacher. He probably was a successful professional, but that doesn't not make one an educator.

I love Eubanks. You have to be on a certain wavelength to see where he's coming from sometimes, but he is very understanding and helpful. Stay away from risque subject material with him, as he gets embarassed easily. Some people find him too laid back. Cool guy; one of my favorite teachers ever.

This teacher is horrible in every way imaginable. He is a confusing, boring, and a jerk. His expectations are not clarified enough to meet his grading style. Most of the time I could not understand what he based his grades on. I really think this teacher is somewhat biased with his grading, so don't piss him off (his pet peeve is tardiness).

At the graduate level Prof. Eubanks is a great instructor. Maybe he seems boring to undergraduates because they are not advanced enough to bring class discussion to a professionally equal level. He has the right experinence and background and is helpful during office hours. Kind of a quiet voice.

For teaching a class on communicating effectively, Eubanks sure does have confusing directions. We often didnt know what was due because his webpage is hard to navigate. He is also dull-really boring class. Did learn some things though, so not all bad.
