As a person Mr.Wagner is a nice guy. He tries to crack some jokes when things get awkward, but as a teacher he was not helpful at all. In a class of 30, i was pretty sure that 25 of us didn't understand his lectures, which i might add aren't even on his test. He also makes you do homework online that is basically useless. Don't take this class

STAY AWAY!!! Do not take him. Everybody fail his midterm, class is boring homework is pointless. It does not matter how hard to study he will fail you. utterly the most disrespectful professor I've ever taken at HCC. Expects everyone to know economics and compares everyone to 5th graders when they don't know what he is talking about. The lectures do not comply with his tests, so he sets you up for failure. you need to read the chapter and take notes just to get half of what he is talking about..

A jovial man whom takes economics quite seriously. Shows up late to class regularly (5-10 min).I personally loved this class. He gives relative examples to help the information matter.Much lecturing and equal reading of the book. Test questions are a bit ambiguous at times. Study the material and you'll pass with ease

He seems to be a difficult teacher but he is very easy when it comes to final exam grading. He gives 3 tests and a project. funny and kind. I took him for Econ 2302 and wished i had him for econ 2301 also.

I took him for both parts of ECON...he seem like a cool professor,jus gota stay focus on when the exams are.He gives 3 exams and a FINAL and 1 project which was kinda hard but easy if you just have everything he ask for.I never used the book just study notes.

The worst course I have ever taken at HCC. The syllabus was given 6 weeks after the semester begins, tests were not related to his lectures, he missed many classes. There is a notebook project, which is writing 20 journals on current economic issues( news). My last word to you is, don't take him!!!

Bob Wagner is not a good profressor. His lectures are difficult to follow, he gives you the syllabus half way through the course so you never know for sure when he will issue a test and he misses class. He is just very unreliable. the whole class was terribly frustrated.

oh.my.God. HORRIBLE!I took his class thinking it wouldn't be too bad if I just studied hard but that is NOT true! Tests are not relevant to the h.w. or lectures! 20 people failed the first test!! That's more than half the class!! Do NOT take him if you want to learn and get a good grade!!

Wagner is a very charismatic and engaging lecturer. He is fair, dynamic, and his tests reflect about 90% of what he lectures. Highly recommended for active listeners, but not for those looking for an easy A.

Read and study his review!! Very similar. Lectures are not related to test. Do the notebook project..easy A as long as you complete the requirement and make it neat. Pretty much self learning when you read/review for the exam. Class could be better if teacher was more engage in subject.
