Very smart teacher. He gives you a lot of information during his lectures. Take good notes and ask questions when neccessary and you will do fine. 10 page book report due toward end of semester, 2 exams with essay questions. I learned so much in this class!

This professor is awesome! he is a really cool guy when you talk to him one on one. Very difficult course tho.. don't take it during summer! only had a midterm, 10 page paper and a final. if you're looking for an easy class.. dont take this one, if you like a challenge and a great teacher take him!

He knows alot about history but not a good teacher, not helpful at all, any time you ask he says" it's in the book". and very goofy, he always start with 40 students and ends up with 5 or 6. just don't take it with him.

he is a genius, know lots of languages!!! he is persian and has an accent, but he speaks perfect English. he uses words that Americans don't know them. he is hard though, you have to read the whole book, and take good notes in class. if u think u just want to pass the class, take it with somebody else, 'cause if he doesn't like u, u'll get a D!!!!!

Adhami is a great teacher if you really want to learn. It's a very hard class for SB but if you trully care about past history, you'll love it. He knows way too much and goes pretty fast. Lot's of notes and movies of professor from UCLA. I wouldn't recommend it if you are lazy. He always says, "Anything worth having is worth working for." Somethin

if you are there to learn he is great.. if you want to get an easy A forget it.. everytime we emailed to ask a question he said "its in your book" thats it. will help you alot in class. but most of his anwsers he wants you to find yourself (good for some, sucks for those who need help understanding)

Hard teacher. Only 2 grades, worth 50/50, non- accumlative. Good lectures, but hard class. Boring book and lots of "recomended" reading. Extrely boring movies that will put you to sleep. Overall= class was enoyable but crushed my GPA.

8wk class is doable. Lecture is clear,book is good. Req:correct century of topics,not specific dates,read 500+ pg book & write 10pg report. 2 tests:not multiple choice,must memorize 1 map from each chptr,2 essay ?s and 10 definitions. Very interesting & kind. Not an easy GE class,but recommended!

Prof. Adhami is a great teacher if you are interested in history. If not than you may need to work harder, but he is willing to help, and like other people said he wants the W's (who, what, where...) He's got a good sense of humor though..He showed History of the World Part 1(if you like Mel Brooks)

Dr. Adhami is great. He is incredibly smart. If you don't want to learn, don't take his class. If you have any questions, he is always willing to help. I never cared about History until I took his class. Dr. Adhami is the smartest person I KNOW! TAKE HIM!

OMG! I love Dr. Adhami! He is so smart and knows everything about everything! I'm in his 8 week class and its a lot of information but he is always willing to help. For as smart as he is, he's not cocky and is not intimidating. I love him! I'm totally infatuated by his intelligance!
