Prof. Grossfield is a hard worker & its alot to keep up with her. She's a genius, but you MUST pay attention & ask if you don't know. The HWK was an utter pain, but it served a greater purpose. She came off rude in the beginning, but she worked with me later on in the semester when needed. She's not for everyone, but you have to be eager to pass.

grossfield sucks..she's extremely rude!! grading wise, she takes off wayy to much PLUS you'll write at least 5 pages of notes and they don't even get to the point..wtf? don't take her, take Sterbin for Math!!!

Stop Hatin on Grossfield. Yea the work is tedious, but she knows what she's talkin about. Grossfield is one of the few teachers, who actually cares about your level of understanding. I won't lie, it is not the most interesting class, but for a math course, it's as interesting as it gets.

It's easy to get an A if you show up and study for the test. The tests are all from the notes. She doesn't make them to fail. The class is kind of boring to sit through though.

If you want to get better than a C in this class, i wouldnt go into her classes. She takes off points on tests for the smallest things.Not the best math teacher at all.
