I paid attention in class and worked hard, but she lost my paper and made me feel stupid for asking any questions. I'm sure she's better for higher level classes, but she is part of the reason I changed my social work major.

Comment:

Kyama Kabadaki is a decent professor. My only complaint is that she can be flighty at times and did not follow the syllabus. She is a tough grader but knows her stuff. At times she seemed to play favorites (but i'm not sure if that was the case).

I loved having her as a professor! She is passionate, intelligent, and funny. I think she is a no nonsense professor and I like that because to me that means she takes the information very seriously. I enjoyed her class and learned alot from her. I would love to have her as a prof. again.

Although the class was easy and i did better than i expected. I found Kyama to be very rude. When i asked her questions she would give me strange looks or even worse laugh. She lost peoples papers and was not helpful at all.

Kyama was very unclear and not at all helpful while I was in her class. The class wasn't very difficult, as long as you do the work, but don't expect her to help you very much. She's more likely to look at you crazy for asking a question.

I am very disheartened to see the negative comments about Kyama. I too started out not exactly sure how i felt about her. However, after I was able to actualy get to know her, i found that she is an amazingly intelligent and thoughtful professor. I belive that those who didnt like her, simply either dont belong in a college level course, or were miffed by the grades that they deserved. Kyama is a great person, a great proffessor. Greatness is not measured by ease of work, but by challenges of intelligece!

kyama is a wonderful professor! anyone who says she is terrible does not care to take the time to actually learn what she is teaching. Kyama takes a great deal of care to know her students and is very, very helpful. shes famous for her funny looks, don't take it personally!

Kyama was a horrible teacher!!!!!!!!!! I didn't like her at all. Be prepared to get some ugly looks --even if you get the answer right! But in all fairness, she wanted us to learn something.
