Comment:

Where to start. Good to class to take for an easy grade, but I learned absolutely nothing from the course. Spent the entire 2nd half of the class doing presentations, had 1 lecture that pertained to the "comprehensive" final. Nice lady, fun to be around, but there was zero structure to the class and the syllabus WAS NOT followed.

Comment:

Taylor encourages students to read the book in advance, and then tries to pull the content out of their heads. She loves articles that involve the course, so she asks students to read a bunch of articles and summarize them. Her exams are composed of T-F and multiple choice questions. A few questions come from the ones she asks during discussion.

Very hard to understand because she talks too fast and has a heavy accent. Every wrong answer is met with "I LOVE that you said that!" Never returns emails and said not to bother calling with questions. AVOID!AVOID!AVOID! I got an A but learned nothing I couldn't have from the book. NEVER take an international trip with her as chaperon!

true story. skipped a midterm to take a trip, show up the next week like nothing happened with a 10 page paper i literally copy and pasted from the internet with fake resources. convinced her i had a conversation with her that i could write a paper to make up for the midterm i missed and ended up getting a B on the paper. no bs, true story.

I love this woman, but I really didn't learn anything from her. I learned more in undergrad. Don't bother reading the book, and don't study for the tests unless for your own benefit... I got a 3.5 using common sense. If you go on her trips, she loves you.

Nice. Entusiastic about subject. She repeats notes all class & is vague. Had mid-term & final exam - manditory. We had to do: group presentation, research paper & 12 weekly current event reviews. Exams are out there - not based on book & vaguely on notes. I was disappointed - book was good, but she didn't use it, this could've been a great class.

so hard to understand. Talks to students like they are in pre k and gives extremly hard book tests. The final is always optional and SHE LOVES EVERY CLASS!. SHe plays dumb but is a really smart lady. She drives her jag all over the valley like she has a monster truck. Watch out. Read the book and brown nose, youll get a 3.5

Avoid at all costs, she is never around when you need to her be even if her office hours say so. What she teaches in class is never and i mean NEVER on the tests, the best you can do is just read the book and pray youll understand it.

She is a little hard to understand, but a real nice lady. willing to help whenever and wherever she can. I went to her for help, and she dumped a plethera of information on me, including what i can do in the future and now. she is just overall great
