He is always willing to help, so that makes everything much easier. Towards the end of the semester, all he did was give us examples of mechanisms and syntheses, so if you didn't understand the concept, you were pretty screwed. It's hard (it is O-Chem...), but it's doable.

I am terrible at chem, and he made this class tolerable for me. He moves quickly at times, but is still understandable. Gives mandatory homework which is not hard, so it is an easy way to boost your grade. This is a difficult class but he makes it doable.
