Doyle is a great prof. I currently have him for my sociology of social movements class and he is wonderful. He is extremely helpful and makes the class extremely interesting. I wanted to attend class each week, as it was intriguing and fun. I would recommend this class to anyone interested in learning about social movements!

Great Prof, i acctually chose this prof because of all the great comments about him on this site. It was a great experience and this teacher made criminology interesting. Very interactive classes as well. Overall this prof is what other profs should strive to be like.

Doyle is brilliant. If you have the chance take his criminology course! He is a very interesting man. He is very helpful and truly wants to know his students. You can tell he enjoys what he does and likes it! His lectures are always interesting and gets the student involved!

I loved this prof! I didn't want the class to end. He can be overwhelming at first because he has a lot of weird habits like pacing the staircases and rubbing his hands together like the arsonist bug from Family Guy. Talks slowly and repeats things so you get a chance to write it down. Sooooooo many readings though!! Loved him!

LOVE Prof. Doyle - one of the BEST teachers I've ever had! His lectures are interesting, his exams are tough but fair and he treats everyone with respect. Its too bad he's on sabatical - Carleton won't be the same without him!

OMG!!!! Professor Doyle really is the greatest teacher I've ever had! No wonder he won a Capital Educator's Award! He deserves that and a whole lot more! He is definitely the best hands down! And he is not completely biased toward one thing or another (even though he says we are all biased in some way!) Do whatever you have to to get this prof!
