Hands down the best professor at pace! Care about his students and never give them a hard time. You have to show your passion in class and he will definitely love you! 3 Exams plus 1 oral exam in which you have to prepare 50 words and recite all of them, that's it. Yes, his exams are tough because he just wants to make sure you understand.

Professor Armstrong is one of the few professors who can make a 3 hour lecture interesting and engaging. You will definitely learn a lot from him and become interested in law. But not gonna lie - his tests are hard and tricky. You have to study really hard to get a decent grade.

He's the best professor at Pace! Just show up, take notes on everything he says, and study them before the exam! He gives breaks and throws in a joke once in a while. I am a business major but now I'm also really interested in law.

Armstrong is amazing. He made me ACTUALLY consider getting a JD in the future. The layout of his class is pretty simple, I took the Saturday morning course, get there on time, he will call you out. He lectures for about 45 mins, gives a 20 min break and lectures again. I had a rough start and he reached out. He sees the potential in each of us.

He talks fast and expects students to write down everything he covers in the class. If you are a good listener or note taker, or you want to improve your English listening or detail orientation skill, go for it. It is not an easy class :)!

Hard grader, but best professor. Get ready to read your notes once a week and write a lot. You will actually learn a lot from his course and that is because he is a Judge. Ask him anything he will respond with an answer. 4 grades. Exam 1/2/3 and the Oral. participation is worth a test itself. Attend class everyday do well on the exam you will pass

Professor Armstrong is gives really good explanations to help us understand the law better but you must go to class and listen in order to get a good grade for his class. It's tricky and sometimes confusing when trying to understand/memorize the law and the verdict under different circumstances. Should be fine if go to every class and take notes

He is good at what he does. He is very clear, specific, funny, and entertaining. His examples allows students to understand the material better. His exams are difficult and he likes to trick students, but he just wants to make sure you are familiar with the material. Even though it was a Saturday class, most students showed up every week for it.

But if you're willing to learn this is the professor for you! He'll always clarify or restate anything that you missed. As long as you pay attention you'll be fine.

He's probably the only professor I genuinely like at this school, & I'm not even doing that well in his class. He's a really nice, knowledgable, slightly intimidating. I've learned so much more in this class than I have in any other, his tests are just really tricky which is why I'm not acing. Definitely take him if you have the opportunity.
