Classes are not planned at all at looks like he just teach you random things. You dont have a concrete feeling after classes that you learned something, even hard to list few things you learnt because all the material goes randomly. I dont feel like I learn something at all at his classes, so Have to study by my self.

Very kind man, super friendly and funny. Took stylistique compare. homework fairly easy, just had to translate, midterm was not what I expected - he did not prepare us for what would be on it. Basically have to know the definitions and how to use them - if you did not have prior language to french it would be difficult class.

Comes to class seemingly unprepared. Gets distracted/talks about personal life for much of the class. Has no structure in his teaching of the materials. Basically, you have to teach yourself in order to understand the labs. If you want to learn French, it will be quite difficult and frustrating with this professor.

Really nice guy, but quite bad at teaching new concepts. If I didn't have prior knowledge of the language, I would have been in trouble. Class is spent completely doing on the fly oral excercises that haven't been explained yet. Very easy A, as he gives out the test questions beforehand.

Talks kind of quietly, but other than that he was a pleasure! Very nice to take as a two month summer course!
