Horrible! You could receive all the help you can get from the ARC and her ( Timmer) and still manage for pull off a C. Serious power trip, lacks the skills/knowledge to teach. This is not Timmers law! It is black letter law! Timmer is Cooleys scam insurance policy to make sure students dont transfer from this mediocre Tier 4 school. Dont take!

Great at telling you exactly what will be on the final. You can almost just go to the review at the end of the semester, remember everything, and still get an A in the class. Studying ahead of time helps too.

Dunno about a professor, but she's the Cooley intimidator/enforcer. honor court this and that. I got friends that love her. just don't violate the honor code. not too hard. but.. she teaches old/bad/minority law. So if it's the bar you want to pass, heh.. maybe you will maybe you wont.

I thought Prof. Timmer was an awesome teacher. Unlike other teachers, she cuts through the crap and tells you what you need to know. She made Tort pretty fun. I would definitely take her again!

She claims to be all about professionalism, but handled an honor code violation punishment in the most unprofessional way. She lied several times about what punishment she would propose to the honor council. I'm not the only one who has had this problem with her. Don't trust what she says.
