Mrs. Rusnock is the best professor I have had at URI so far and her class was very interesting and taught very well. Although it was a lot of reading and writing outside of class, she is a nice grader and makes it worth your while. Such a fun class to attend and she is a great instructor.

This was honestly one of my favorite classes because she makes class interesting. She brings in people from different departments to talk and mixes it up with lectures, films, and discussions to really engage her students. There were no tests, just a few papers and a project which made the class even more enjoyable so you could focus on the topics.

Dr. Rusnock is a very easygoing professor. She doesnt take attendance, require textbooks, give exams, or assign homework. However, she is a tough grader on essays. She gives fascinating lectures and is sincerely interested in what her students have to say.

The sweetest little thing in the world. She's very nice and an awesome teacher. Assigns heavy reading but you can kinda sorta get by without reading them. She's a very easy grader.

She could not be any nicer! It is very important to go to class and listen and also to do the work to do well but if you just do that you will get an A, she is very interesting and i enjoyed being in her class very much, i highly recommend her to anyone

She's good! very knowledgeable and an easier grader. However, the class has a lot more reading than I hoped for. But, as long as you know the general concepts there is no reason not to get a good grade in the class. Note: all the exams are short answer. You need to give a group presentation and an essay, but she's really a lenient grader.

Terrific teacher! I took her Grand Challenges class on the Death of Diseases; its a history class so there was a ton of assigned reading. As long as one person has read and can give answers you can get away without reading. She gives of full review before all quizzes with an outline with all you need to know.

One of my favorite teachers so far at the university. Always happy and delighted to help you in any which way. She does assign a lot of reading but it's not an issue because she discusses everything in class and gives you detailed notes. As long as you review your notes before the quiz you'll be golden.

Professor Rusnock is one of the best. Incredibly nice, approachable, and intelligent. If you keep up with the readings and take thorough notes, there is no reason to not get an A. As a sophomore engineering student, she is still my favorite professor at URI thus far.

Just finished my first semester at URI and she was my favorite teacher. She is extremely nice and approachable. As long as you go to class and take notes on what she puts on the board as well as what she says you'll be fine. Also, skim the readings and try not to get behind. All the tests are straight from the notes and readings.

I was pleasantly surprised by how much I liked this class. I was a little worried because I'm not the best writer in the world and this was a required course. She's very knowledgeable and approachable. By the second week of classes I felt like I hit the lottery. Great class, great professor!

Great professor. The class is interesting. Tests aren't bad, just do the reading. A group presentation on a disease and its relevance in history and a paper or two. Extremely fair grader. You can tell she likes what she teaches, which helps students stay interested. Def. recommend

Rusnock is OK. However, there is a heavy workload for a 100 level course. This could be a more difficult gen ed. Also, she is severely lacking math skills. You may have to explain to her the grade she gave to you.

Semi-interesting class - can be dull at times but the info is good if you ever want to go on Jeopardy. Not too difficult, just take notes and do readings before exams and you'll do fine. Dr. Rusnock is very helpful so go to her if you need help with any of the material. Other than that, def an easy gen ed A.
