Very boring class, and attendance is part of the grade. Bring something to entertain yourself. Even though I found the content to be interesting, she presented in a very dry, monotonous way. The two group projects were hard and we were pretty much left on our own to figure it out from some 40-page tutorial. The tests were pretty simple though.

this teacher is annoying. Her clases are long, helpfully boring. Her grading policy is hard...she doesnt allow make ups and if you screw up once, you better pray you do good on the next exam or you're done. Hard test, she gives two versions every time...avoid her if you can.

Horrible professor! Requires two group projects, one in excel and another in access. (Which by the way is not covered at all in class) Not very helpful, her answer to every question "you must not have read, go back and read again!"

she is by far the worst teacher. she gives you a hard time with everything, does nothing to help you out and has the biggest attitude of life. i never understood a word that came out of her mouth.

Read the book on your own & make sure you understand the material, her tests are easy. Does not explain class projects (excel & access), will take points off for anything, make sure you take the time to do them and go to her office to try to get hints from her, she will give you hints if you are nice. There is an Extra Credit project.

ok i never once sat through a whole class..... but i must say that i did have to study ALOT at home.... and the tests refer esspecially to the book and only to the book........if you have to take the class take it with her..... but study on your own! all in all shes a nice lady

All the comments posted are completely true. This professor is not willing to help the students whatsoever. She will take points for minimal details on the projects and she doesn't explain them, so basicallly you are on your own. I recommend everyone not to take her but if you have to, then buy the book and teach yourself since the very beginning..

not a very good teacher on my opinion, she will try to explain but at the same time will not answer your questions, her tests are not that hard but have nothing to do with the lectures, access and excel projects are very hard and time demanding and she's very picky with them so make sure you have someone that knows about them revise it. good luck..
