Not a hard course at all! Just listen to the lectures and be attentive in class! Also if you took AP psych in high school this will be an easy A! You will not need the textbook if you already took Psychology because everything will pretty much be a refresher.

Shes very nice and clearly cares about her students and her professions. She doesnt want anyone to fail and the tests are all multiple choice. Theres one paper but its very simple. I recommend her! She also has a service dog.

Super easy. Attendance mandatory but get a friend to write your initials on the sign in sheet. 4 exams, our class was behind so the first 2 were take home, all multiple choice. One 6 pg paper, me & all 4 of my friends got 100's on them. Easy grader. Lecture heavy and she kind of annoys me, but the class is so easy it's worth it. She brings her dog!

Comment:

Super sweet lady, thoroughly explains a lot of things. Theres few graded assignments- one paper and four exams. She expects you to be in every class but they go by pretty quickly if you take notes and follow along. Tests aren't terrible but definitely recommend going to the study group with the TA.

As long as you show up (most of the time, she allows a few absences for understandable reasons) you will pass. her tests are all based on powerpoints, which she also posts online. she explains things well. Also the study sessions with her TA are pretty helpful. even as a lazy person a B is manageable.

I enjoyed this class a lot. I already had prior psychology knowledge from high school, but professor wilson lectured very straightforward about the basics of psychology. She is very understanding, all you have to do is show up, pay attention, and study before tests. There arent many, and theyre everything covered in class. No textbook nedded.

Wilson is a great psych professor! She is so smart and explains things thoroughly. There's 3 tests and a final, and they're based on the lectures/powerpoints and some of what she says, and very straightforward. She even used her dog Lily to explain some things. Study sessions from TA help a lot.

Dr. Wilson is a very sweet and knowledgable professor. I had her for PSYCH101 and it was a breeze. She posts all the powerpoints and tells you what to study for before exams. Very straightforward with grading and what she expects. Very nice and has a lot of cool stories to tell! And her dog Lily is the best - made class fun to go to!

You have three tests but if you read her powerpoints you are granted an A. She posts all her powerpoints on blackboard. Attendance matters or she'll take off points. Also, you have a paper to write which is really straight forward. She is a fun psychology teacher and brings her dog Lily to class. Take her for an easy A!!!

SHOW UP AND YOU WILL PASS. Every class is lectured with a powerpoint which will be posted on blackboard. There are 3 tests then the cumulative final. Before each test (each is 50 multiple choice) she tells you what to study. If you study from the powerpoints, expect an A. She also brings her service dog Lily who is super cute! Such a caring woman!!

Professor Wilson is absolutely amazing. You're graded on tests, an assignment and research. Participation is good it will break up her lecturing and attendance does affect your grade so make sure you have an excuse! She is an easy grader if you meet all the requirements of the paper! Show up and do your work.. you will pass!

Professor Wilson, and her T.A., are very knowledgeable about psychology and the class for someone who isn't a psych major was a breeze. Read to ensure your success! The PowerPoint and notes were available online as well. (She has a working dog and it is very cute as well)

She is AMAZING!! Her lectures were clear and easy to understand. The powerpoints were also on Blackboard so if you missed something it was easy to go back and find it. We watched a lot of videos too that connected to what we were learning. She also had a lot of personal stories that had connections which made things easy to understand. Take her!!

Took intro to psych, loved it. Class is not too difficult, but attendance counts - only professor I had who had me show documentation for absences. Wilson is very funny, very sweet, and easy to listen to, even if her lectures are long. She has you get a textbook, but you really don't need to read it. Everything on exams is covered in the lectures.

I took her for Psych101 and she is honestly the nicest woman I have ever met. Her class is super easy with 3 tests and 1 paper and a final. Her class is all lecture, as I was in a class with 90 other students. She cares about her students well being and sets up reviews outside of class before a test. She brings her dog Lily to class which is a plus

Very sweet lady. She brings her dog Lilly to class which is the best :) Kind of a boring class especially at 8am. Pretty easy if you take notes during lecture/ pay attention. No pop quizzes or quizzes in general. Grade based on exams, attendance, and research paper. Do not need the book.

Prof. Wilson is very nice and genuinely cares about her students. however, I found her to be annoy at times and it seems like whenever someone states their opinion she tends to cute people off.
