Well, the class itself is dry and boring, hard to have fun teaching it I guess, but she does a pretty good job. Participation is a must, even one missed assignment - and you won't pass. She is ok, friendly and helpful, but her non-stop emails and comments on everything - too much! Exams are MC which I found stupid...

Barbara is an excellent professor. She goes above and beyond for students who put effort into the class, and is always available for further help for those who ask. She goes above and beyond just the coursework to guide students in their careers, and constantly updates students on the latest industry news in regards to the course material.

Barbara is a good instructor. Very helpful and easy to approach. The rating from 4/9/14 is uncalled for. This class by nature is dry by nature Barbara tries to keep it interesting. Having taken this class at another school, I would never complain about Barb's class. Barb is a fair marker who gives good marks to those who do their work.

You need to read the textbook THOROUGHLY and also read additional articles (for assignments) to get an A in this class. She seems like a sweet teacher but I just found her lectures very dry and boring. 3 hour classes are always cut to 1 or 2 hour class because she goes through hard, boring material pretty quickly. HARD MARKER.

BUSM 3200 was the most boring class I've ever taken in my life. Painful, actually. Reading the textbook is like running glass shards through your eyes. Barbara made some interesting discussion questions, but she scheduled a midterm on the FRIDAY NIGHT OF THE LONG WEEKEND and refused to acknowledge that it was a terrible idea. Unreasonable, really.

I had Ms. Wuhrer for 3 classes. She the easy going friendly type of instructor. She loves students who participate inclass. She is extremely linient on her marking for assignments and projects. However her tests are online and all multiple choice which can be tricky and involves you to study the text rigorously to do well.

I had her for BCAP 3200. Very fair and understanding teacher. Attendance is mandatory for first little bit until all the presenations are not done.. after that she is quite flexible. Definitely will recommend her.. and her exams are all multiple choice.

Not a totally bad teacher as many think she is. Put in the effort to actually learn terms and you will do fine on quizzes/midterms. The assignments she gave us were great for the overall mark! Just do them!! Huge difference in the class with the students who did the homework and those who didn't!

Very clear, very helpful, very organized. Barbra is very nice and is always in a good mood. Memorizing the terms for the quizes is tough but then again 10 quizes account for only 5% of your overall mark. Lots of large projects to keep your mark high. VERY fair class. Always greets you with a smile.

Doesn't know how to teach; I wonder where she got her teacher licience from. So many impossible quiz to do. The whole class hates her. trust me you will regret it if you take her.
