Barry is fun. I had him in an Honors section and that isn't what he teaches now, but he's a good professor. Explained the concepts, discussed what we needed to, depended on interaction and the students to help each other, and wrote easy exams based on multiple-choice and some algebra. At least he didn't scare me away from econ. I'd recommend him.

Inuiting the material is not the fortee of Freshmen. Perhaps actually teaching Econ, instead of reading the WSJ, would make a better class.

Expected students to know calculus although not a prerequisite for the course. Assumed that students would just "get" material and was unable to explain it another way when they didn't understand. Take regular ECON 102... skip Honors classes.
