I liked him, felt smarter after leaving his class everyday. Had one assignment for the entire semester assigned the last week of class-grades assigned, it seemed, randomly. Didn't outline clear expectations, no real syllabus, or text. Go to class.

I felt very little incentive to even show up for class. Boyer's tangental ramblings are amusing at best, but I don't think think I learned anything from him. I was so disappointed by what I thought would be a cool class.

This teacher is crazy. He makes up the lectures as he goes along, and he's obsessed with lists. There are two weeks left in the semester, and the only thing he graded was a midterm that he threw out. The semester has been worthless so far.

One of the worst classes I took at JMU. He makes no sense. We had to write a paper, then he decided to throw them out, so we wrote them for nothing. Gives ridiculous quizzes on readings that ask questions about so specific things that you'll never get
