He's a nice, helpful man, but very weird. Most students will initially be alarmed at the way he 'lectures', or rather, just talks in tangents about nothing in particular for hours without a break. And, even when you become used to his style, it still sucks, so you'll tend to stop caring about the class. Always willing to help, though.

I truly enjoyed all his courses. He was always there to offer assistance. A very interesting individual and a good teacher that cares about his students. Unfortunately, he is retired. The Geography deptpartment has lost another competent, good teacher.
