He was a good teacher that tried to create interesting assignments. He co-taught the class with Dr. Deaton and they both tried helping where possible. There were some technology issues that both had trouble fixing, but they were always reasonable. The class was a lot of work outside of class, but if you put in effort they would usually give A's/B's

TAKE THIS CLASS IF YOU NEED GSCI 104! He is a great professor, helps you out whenever you need it, and you learn a lot along the way. He's a great guy and he's very easy. No exams, just in class projects and one final project on the last day, and occasional homework. One of my favorite profs by far

He is a great teacher. He is one of my favorites. If you are sick and miss his class he will help make sure you are on the same page with the other people in the class. He responds to emails quickly and is always available it seems for extra help.

Best professor at jmu, by far. This guy teaches so well, that even the sleepy student stays awake. I am definitely searching for classes that he's teaching, just so I can genuinely learn things, not just learn for exam and forget.
