Mass confusion creator! No structure in his lectures leads to disaster of pre-built concepts too. NJIT people should better take some action on such haphazard style of his teaching

He is the best Prof at NJIT. HE motivates you a lot. Though some find his subject hard, its only coz they are not regular in class. He takes examples in class and Motivates yoou to think logically. His classes are awesome. If regular in his class you can easily get an A.

He does follow anything on paper; he does not explain anything and it's not like you can use the book as a reference. So you are S.O.L! TAKE ANOTHER PROFESSOR IF YOU CAN; if not, TAKE IT ONLINE. If not, TAKE IT @ANOTHER UNIVERSITY. Do you not take this instructor b/c he does teach nor instructor so if you have him, GOOD LUCK.

Some students lambast Dr. Verkhovsky because his classes are extremely difficult. This is only because he teaches undergraduate students what his graduate students are learning. If you really want to learn something from a class, take this professor. He will push you into learning things that you never thought you'd learn in one semester! =D

This was the worst professor I've ever had. He never used a syllabus, hardly used notes, rambled for hours about irrelevant topics, and made almost no effort to provide help. He assigned us two textbooks, but we never used them. He treats his students like babies, telling them when and when not to take notes or do work. In short, a bad prof.

There is no structure in class. He doesnt follow a syllabus or textbook. He does random problems and hardly gives complete steps. The names he uses for the methods dont always match up with something from the book or even online. Never ask him to repeat things..he will embarrass you. He treats grads/professionals like they are in elementary school.

He is tough, but good. I could not afford to miss his class. A lot of technique he taught in the class, it is the result of his research. Do not forget to write some programs base on the algorithm he gives to you and save it into your calculator. It will save a lot of time during the exam. I learned the hard way.

You will contemplate beating him over the head with a blunt object before the class is over. He has neither the ability nor the inclination to teach. However, there's a major curve at the end, so he's a pretty easy grader.

This teacher is offensive, sarcastic, and arrogant. He keeps comparing his education is better than everyone elses. He does not give clear step by step examples when you ask him. He is an example of a teacher that has forgetten why he became a teacher.

This man is a fraud. He cannot teach for his life. He is an ****, and breaks policy every class. His excuse for his horrible attitude and teaching is his research. However his research doesnt even quality as academic research. It's more like recreational discrete math problems.

He doesn't care to help any of his students. He is clearly a research professor who "has" to teach a course for some reason. Avoid him, he really shouldn't even be a teacher.

Why is this guy a teacher? He doesn't help students, he doesn't care to respond to emails and for some reason he's been teaching at NJIT for years. He is the worst professor I have ever had, and I've had some really bad professors in my years.

He makes fun of students in class, will not answer any questions before or after class. He is a mean old man who does not care about his students. All he wants to do is his research (which isn't even impressive). Avoid him. NJIT's worst professor.
