Profesor Neck is by far the best teacher I've had at SDSU.He's funny and he makes the class interesting. Neck also has a great teaching style. 2 exams and 2 easy papers. He is the only professor that I wanted to shake his hand before I left,because he was such a good teacher.I wish more professors were like him. Take his class!!

Take Professor Neck!! He is such a wonderful and amazing teacher.He truly cares about his students, he makes learning fun, and he is extremely clear. You HAVE TO study and attend class, but it's worth it. The material is interesting and the professor is very entertaining! By far THE BEST class class I've ever taken at SDSU.

A lot of material is covered in this class. Tons of Court Cases. Prof. does a great job of explaining the law in a way that's easy to understand. Very energetic! Great Informative Class, NOT a walk in the park. Class attendance highly recommended! Can't get by with just the book. READ before each class, he looks for that. I enjoyed this class.

this teacher is absolutely amazing!!!! not only is he a private practice defense lawyer, but he also cares a great deal about the subject matter and the students... he is hands down one of the best teachers in CJA
