This class was extremely difficult. This may have been just like any other challenging class, except it can be very unpredictable. The syllabus was not right at all, so we just had to study what was covered in class. Dr. Kelley is so funny and his lectures are great! There is just a ton of outside studying and teaching yourself outside of the class

Dr Kelley is very down to earth. His tests are hard and require you to actually read the textbooks, but his lectures help guide you along very well. He's super funny so if you're looking for an upbeat class, don't hesitate. He does tend to run over 50 mins, so beware of your next class. He's super smart and an overall great teacher.

I have had Brian for four years now. He is one of the most intelligent men you will ever meet. However, he is also one of the most disorganized and sporadic professors on the planet. If you do not stay on top of things, do the readings, and constantly seek him for help, you WILL fail the class. Also, grades are pretty much out of your control.

Dr. Kelley is hands down the BEST professor at Bridgewater College. It is a college course, so yes it is challenging and you will have to work for your A, but he is very helpful and he looks out for his students. Amazing person and an incredible professor.

All the bad ratings here are from slacker students looking for an easy A without having to read or study. Dr. Kelley is a HARD prof but hands down the best prof at BC. STUDY and you'll get good grades (no duh). His tests are KILLER, but he grades them fairly, especially if you add humor to your essays. Class is essentially an open conversation.

Anyone who actually cares about their grades will despise his class because the grades are essentially out of your control. Most people dont study well enough to realize this but his tests are so hard because most of the time the material in the multiple choice is neither in our notes or textbook. He then shrugs this off to "oh I changed textbooks"

What a waste of time. He complains about his wife and talks about his lastest motercycle plenty, but doesn't really teach the subject. If you MUST take a class with him, start reading the textbook now, because you won't get anything from his class. Grades are also very subjective. If you want an A, you'd better not disagree with him on anything.

AWESOME, AWESOME, AWESOME class and teacher. He is hilarious, nice, always upbeat and just great all around. Totally recommended. You'll have to study but its a lot of fun and very interesting and completley worth every bit of effort put in.

One of my favorite classes to date. Interesting material, great stories, and in general a lot of fun. A word to the wise; buy the book, read the book, pay attention in class, and study your butt off. You will learn a lot from this class (even if you fail).
