She is by far the best professor I've had. I have taken her for 3 spanish classes. She really cares about her students, is always willing to help, and is very lenient. She goes over what is going to be on tests and quizzes beforehand. There is homework every night, but she checks it for completeness, not accuracy. TAKE HER IF YOU CAN!

Mrs. Smith has been by far my favorite teacher since I've been in college. She invested time and energy to keep her students involved. She also takes personal interest in her student's lives, which is rare. Her tests were very straight forward. You will have to study for tests and quizzes, but she gives you every necessary resource to succeed.

Smith is great!!Take her if you can. She is helpful and is an easy grader. Homework is check for completeness and not accurracy. Test are easy with website help but she tells you everything that will be on the test. Oral exam is a piece of cake. She knows ppl r nervous and genuinly cares about her students. I would take her again if I could.

Very smart teacher and a very lenient grader. The only thing that can mess up a semester with her is your TA (and stay away from King). Take her if at all possible...best teacher for this class by far. Be prepared for her homework though...its only there so that you do really well on her tests anyway.

A nice lady but she gives too much work for a spanish class. HW everyday, guiz almost every week, about 3 papers to write in spanish, and a project. I got a B in the class, but had to spend too much on this class than any of my others. Be prepared to work.

Awesome teacher. I would definantly recommend her for anyone taking Spanish. She actually makes Spanish fun to go too. She is leniant in grading as well. Taker her if you can.

She is playful and considerate. She only does 8 o'clock classes, so she is willing to accept the fact that nobody is actually awake yet. Attendance policy is a little strict, and she checks HW every day, but don't let that stop you (its not as bad as it sounds). I'd take her again!

Prof Smith does a great job clarifying any/everything and is considerate. She will allow you to make up tests or quizes, within reason, but she does take attendance. I hate Span but Mrs. Smith made it easy for me. You got to take her class & attend class regulary b/c that too makes a difference. I'm going to cry if I don't get her for 122. She is the best. If Span is not your thing, then this would be the teacher to take. Yeah...she's that good.
