Charlie is such a great guy! He is truly a man of God... He has challenged me and been there to help me with that. He really cares about his students... he knew me before his class because we went to the same church for awhile and he is just an awesome guy. Fun to be around. Very smart. He has an awesome heart... He wants everyone to discuss and learn and grow. I enjoyed his class. He is just amazing in and out of class. Wow, great guy. And he is a friend of Bill W. who is now a pastor. Amazing. Love him!!!

Great professor! Very caring about his students with a eagerness to relate. Didn't mind our comments from the back row. (pirate Jesus, argg with the pirate Holy Spirit dove on His shoulder, arg) He encouraged dialogue, even in a fairly large class. Man, that dog'll hunt. Oh and bonus for being southern, Heck ya South!

This class was absolutely amazing. One day in class he said something that really challenged me. I emailed him to let him know, and he took the time to respond. He's a really genuine guy who cares about his students.

Excellent prof!!!! Went through the material and covered it all I had no problem understanding that course. Also he would even ask you how things were going on at home if you had a prayer request and just took the time to get toknow his kids.
