ok, everyone who doesn't like dr. hack is plain idiotic. she explains material very well, and yes, science is hard, but she breaks it down to be very easy. no, you don't have to spend a billion hours studying for her tests, they come straight from the notes. not as approchable as some other teachers, but willing to help nonetheless.

Her expectations were too hard for bio 101. Her grading was extremely harsh and there was no grace. She gave the impression she did not want you to succeed but rather, fail her course. I would recommend that no non-science majors take her.

She is a tough professor, but she is very fair and she also gives an extra credit quiz every class period! If you get it right, you get an extra point, but if you get it wrong, you are not penalized. She also provides advanced warning for tests/quizzes.
