eally didn't like her at first because she is super strict about no cell phones but shes really not that bad. The only grades you have are test quizzes and participation. Her test and quizzes really arent that bad if you just take some time to study her powerpoints on Bolt. She is great for office hours if you need extra help.

Dr. Kepler was incredibly nice, but was not good at explaining concepts. She did not make sense with explanations of certain things we did not go over in lecture, but still needed to know for exams. Her explanations were confusing and sometimes wrong. Grading of lab reports was very particular.

Dr. Kepler is absolutely terrible, her final consisted of questions and things we have never gone over in class. You can study and memorize the lecture notes but it will NOT help. Do not take her unless you enjoy ripping your hair out.

The class was good. Dr. Kepler was very upbeat and did her best to make learning fun. However, she will tell you to not use the bathroom during the class and her grades are simply off quizzes, exams, and attendance. She does not give homework or offer extra credit so you have to do good on the tests. There's nothing to boost your grade.

Dr. Kepler makes science fun. Before this class, I had never taken Chemistry and I was extremely nervous. Chem & The Citizen has no math. She is energetic, funny, and passionate. During one class, she taught us how to make soap.

Cindy loves to take the last 25 minutes of class to call roll in an 110 person class. She does not issue a book so the only information you can learn from the class is from her lectures. She also spends great amount of time telling useless knowledge about her stupid farm, goats, and her ability to make Kumbucha. Literally the worst science class!

She takes attendance so come to class. She is really funny. She is animated in her lectures which helps. Test are hard you will have to study. She is there if you need help. No cellphones in her class. She hates that. I liked her class. Best teacher for a non-science major. No textbook required. You will learn interesting information.

Amazing professor. she loves when students asks questions. and has a weird but funny humor. her tests are pulled from notes. exams are harder but passable. all the notes are online but if you want to pass the exam, attend class!

She is a great professor..friendly and outgoing! I always hated chemistry, but she makes the material interesting and applicable. Don't need the textbook and she will even tell you that. The only bad thing is that the tests are definitely tricky. Attendance is not mandatory and she posts powerpoints, but you won't do well if you don't go to class.

She was absolutely one of the worst professors I've ever had! She belittled students, was concerned with obtaining tenure and little else, and truly couldn't break down difficult material to the students. I am now a chemistry teacher at the high school level and use her example as what I do not do in the classroom.

Tests were challenging, but after first couple I did well enough to end semester with A-. She loves to put dates on her exams. Material is interesting, pay attention...don't just read powerpoints.

Very nice lady. Understanding and answers questions. TESTS CAN BE TRICKY AND HARD. Notes are random and do not flow well. This prof and class can be very confusing even though you may think it would be easy.

i loved how the grading scale raised 5 percentage points for organic 2. no wonder people get lower grades. 2 was just a continuation of org 1 so whats up with raising the scale. just another way to get students to fail.

Most of the time the labs are pretty easy. Usually get out early, which is always good. Very easy to talk to and willing to help with any problems. Only once or twice were the labs really boring. Open notebook lab quizzes, but they're sill really hard. Worksheets help with your grade.

she is a good teacher. But she is detailed in her explanations in class and will answer question if you are willing to ask them. The key to passing is reading her notes, and doing all...and i mean all the problems she assings as well as the ones throughout the chapter
