I studied under Percey between 68 and 72... He was an extremely bright guy. Excellent lectures. Activities outside of the class were top-notch. Mock National Convention was a great learning experience.

One of the most fair, understanding, honest, brilliant professors. get used to it, when you teach politics, you are going to have an opinion. you should be smart enough to look past his ideas to create your own. i enjoyed all of his opinions,and antecdotes. truely made learning interesting.
