I had a pretty negative experience with Prof Ebacher. She is extremely self-centered and comes across as very fake. Communicating her expectations is not her strong suit, and my final grade was greatly effected because of her lack of communication regarding our final project. Overall the class is fairly easy but she is quite annoying.

Prof. Ebacher is a great professor! She is very knowledgeable with Spanish and she talks most of the time in Spanish in class, which can be really helpful. Yes the homework can be long at times and time consuming, but if you take it seriously it can really benefit you with the content. She is also very helpful during her office hours, take her!

This class was taught in Spanish. There's homework every day. The lecture in class is the same thing as the textbook. You are not allowed to leave during class for any reason including the bathroom. We didn't get our first exam grade back until a few days before the 2nd. When asked why, she said she was busy and tired. Take any other professor.

Professor Ebacher is a really sweet lady! She is clear with what she expects and how you can get a good grade. Homework, tests and assignments are all online (good but also bad at times) and she teaches straight from the textbook. Lots of in-class partner work and activities that helps you understand the material better!

Honest Review (Trust me) - Dr. Ebacher is a horrible professor. Assigns way too much homework and the tests are extremely hard for no reason. She can be a snake sometimes and lies to her students so beware if you have her. She shouldn't be teaching this class or at Towson. Struggled to get a B but the rest of my classmates got C's and even failed.

She is probably one of my favorite professors I have ever had and I'm in my fourth year of college so that say's something! She speaks Spanish from day 1, if you cannot handle that then do not take the class. She does everything she can to help you practice such as giving you tutoring options, reminds you of upcoming events and is always available

Prof. Ebacher is nice but if you don't have a strong understanding of Spanish from day 1 don't expect an A. She spoke in Spanish from day one, English was used maybe 5 times all semester. Homework and tests are online, but the homework takes at least an hour and a half each night. Tests are not like homework at all. Big projects at end of semester.

Professor Ebacher is really sweet but she gives a lot of homework and participation is mandatory. She never grades anything in a reasonable time and is very disorganized. However, she does show a lot of passion for the subject and is very respectable.

I wouldn't taker class of hers again. She assigns a lot of busy work- lots of readings and discussion board posts, but she doesn't actually talk about them or mention them in tests. She also takes a long time to give graded assignments back, so you have no clue how you are doing in the class until the end of the semester.

If you are looking to really improve your Spanish, Dr. Ebacher is a very nice person, and she is clear with what she wants. If you do not understand something, she will take the time out to explain to you until you do understand. There is a LOT of vocabulary to learn for the quizzes, but it is a language class. I would definitely take her again.

Ridiculous amount of homework (busywork) due each day and she checks it. Very confusing and don't actually learn much.

Great person/average teacher.Dr. Ebacher gives tons of busy work for hw and you never know what she will collect.Don't expect to have sufficient time to finish her tests/exams since they are super LONG.35 mins of class are engaging, the rest is just keeping us busy/bored.She won't dismiss the class early ever, usually you leave a few minutes late

I learned a lot of interesting facts in this class. Format was very much like high school. You read the chapter, answer questions & she checks for homework completion. Test are not super bad but def. need to study. Gave opportunities for extra credit for almost every test. Fair class.

Profesora Ebacher is very nice, but isn't always clear. It is important to have an existing interest and passion for Spanish to truly get everything you want out of her class. Do all the homework, even though their is a lot, because she checks it in class.

Always thinks she is right, explanations are not understandable, assigns a lot of work and holds you accountable weeks after it was due. Nice lady but needs a little humility. Unfortunately, she is the only professor teaching certain courses. Proceed with patience and keep all of your work.

Sra. Ebacher assigns way too much work, believing her class is the only one you are enrolled in. Nice lady, but I don't find her approachable. She doesn't teach- it's all about learning on your own from the book or online. She didn't seem as engaging when explaining material so I had a rough time. Hardest class I've taken aside from A & P....

She's a cool teacher and all. But, definitely is not the best at teaching things. Prints out handouts and expects you to learn them, which I believe is really hard when trying to learn a foreign language. I'd recommend another professor because you will dread this class.

She seems to think that her class is the only important one. I have 5 other classes and this one took a ridiculous amount of time. Tons of time consuming projects and homework every night. Also, she does not explain anything - she just prints out handouts you can get online and expects you to learn from them.

She thinks that Spanish should be everyone's major, but other than that, she'll listen to you. If you have questions or anything like that, she's always willing to talk. Tests are not bad, pretty long though. Lots of opportunity for grades. Take her if you love Spanish.
