Dean Jutras is, quite literally, one of the big pillars of Quebec Civil law. His Advanced Civil Obs class was very hands on and the workload was definitely heavy but he made me understand private law better than my two first year classes. PUT IN THE WORK AND YOU WILL SUCCEED! On a last note, he's probably the best dressed prof in the faculty.

Had him for K. One of the best profs in the faculty. Not hot. But very intellegent, and very funny. On the last class the students would not stop clapping. I think the occasional bad ratings are just people who aren't happy with their grades.

First Year Contracts: solid pedagogy, excellent communicator, entertaining speaker. A little hard to talk to one-on-one, and the learning is not always straightforward, but I would recommend him wholeheartedly.

Had him for K. Nice, clear presentation but somewhat glib. You do not get the sense that much hard reflection has been given to the subject. Claims to know common law contrats but that knowledge is somewhat shallow.
