Wow, even DE he can put me to sleep. The course is unreasonable. The assignments are unclear, the grades are always incredibly low, and he's managed to take an interesting subject and make it very very dull. WWII should not bore you! There are too many assignments too close together...imho, one book review and one essay would have been enough.

Farrell is a real so-and-so. His comments are far from contructive, his teaching style is archaic and marks are inexplicably low. His approach is sloppy and unprofessional. If you take a class he is teaching you will undoubtedly consider dropping it at some point. I recommened never taking a class of his--or even one in an adjoining room. Eww.

What an idiot! Brings down the quality of teaching at the school all by himself! He should be embarassed by his teaching abilities, and at the lack of respect he has earned from his pupils. Plain and simple, he is horrible at what he does... I feel bad for him.

Great Professor really knowledgeable and is very will to help students if they are will to work. One of the better professors in the department. I had him for World War II, War in Society and the Film History course.
