I went to 4 classes did 5 assignments that took me 20 minutes each and got an A. He is a really smart guy but very boring. If you have time to waste you can go to EVERY class and just sit there (like some weirdos in my class did), but believe me it has no effect on your grade whether you go or not.

Hawk is great. He was easy just do the assignments he gives (there were just a few assignments 2 or 3) He just has some ideals of architecture that you have to get used to. He does all the talking and there's no need for class participation. He's so AWESOME! He's a break from all the horrendous archy professors.

This guy is a total hack, he has ruined School of management and its image within the students and alumni. I am so glad that he stepped down as a dean. He was never capable of being one. And many of his associates are also the same. My suggestion stay away from him and school of management at NJIT

I was one of the unfortunate souls that was required to take this professor twice. It was two completely different subjects yet the exact same lessons week for week. It was pathetic. He is easy though and if you took him once then you will never have to go to class again. Grades are all over the place though even though I came out lucky.

David Hawk is an awesome professor. Go to class, listen, do your projects, have a good time at your final. He's always worth taking a night class with; I had the pleasure of taking 3 classes with him, & I enjoyed them all, learned a lot, & final presentations were the BEST!
