Professor Jopling is the one of the best profs I have had thus far. He is so caring, nice and funny. He is very approachable and doesn't act like a know it all. He admits when he can't answer questions because they're beyond his knowledge. If you get the chance, take one of his classes, you won't regret it.

I had Professor Jopling for PHIL 2020 as well and enjoyed both courses. He is the best professor I have ever had so far. His lectures are very easy to follow and he teaches in a way that makes material easy to remember and study for. I barely had to study for the first tests because I could easily remember what he taught and still scored well.

Amazing professor. Easy to understand and easy to ask questions. Even records lectures for you, so that you can listen to them later. First prof I have seen that does this. Very considerate. You will need to study as usual, but gives clear breakdown of tests. Books chosen are reasonable pricing (under $50). No surprises here. Highly recommended!

Jopling is probably the best professor I've had in all my years of uni, super understanding when it comes to testsassignments, funny just awesome. Took PHIL1100 during the summer but I wish I took it over the year with him so it'd make coming to school more fun. DEFINITELY recommend his classes, 1100 was a breeze.

Prof. Jopling is amazing. His lectures captivate his students, and as someone mentioned before, the 90m classes fly by. Essay topics were interesting and essay writing was a pleasure. The TA marks fairly. Jopling makes me want to become a philosophy major. Darn you Bethune College!
