Prepare to study 150 terms, and only get tested on 10 of them. Or she'll tell you two days before the test that you only need to study 60 terms, after spending all weekend preparing 150 flashcards. 6% of your grades goes to memorizing dates which is stupid. Otherwise her exams are easy because you get to bring notes. Boring lecturer. Shes nice tho.

She never is prepared (but expects you to be), 15 mins late to class everyday, missed 3 classes by halfway through semester, no emails, losesforgets assignments, move locations of class no warnings, poor study materials assigned that don't corolate with testsquiz material, worse repros of ACTUAL test materials. Nice lady, worst teacher I've had.

This is my first time writing one of these, but I just felt I had to. She is such a terrible teacher, I wouldn't even think about recommending this class. She's hard to understand, her writing is hard to read, and if you even zone out for a split second, you will be lost. Don't take this class!!!

WORST teacher I have ever had. It is pretty easy to pass. But going to class was a challenge. She uses NO visuals and does not make topics interesting. She rants about topics that you won't need to know for her exams. Part of the exam is open book and part is not. You have ONE HOUR to do identifications AND an essay.

If i had a choice i wouldnt take her again, but i dont understand how people say it was hard and they failed.If u fail this class ur not ready for college.I got an A and didnt study.Quizes were take home,lots of extra credit,easy presentation,2 open book exams where u get the topics before exam all u need to do is copy how hard is that?

The only thing you will be doing in professor Sudata's class is to read the textbook. The only way you couldn't pass an exam or quizzes is because you did not read the text. Don't pay much attention to the lectures, it doesn't help comes exam time. But do pay close attention on in-class video. They appears on your quizzes.

HIST 121 consists of China, VietNam, and Japan...Never have I seen such crucials documentary films. Materials covered in class was never found else where. It is very questionable to state whether or not these events were found to be TRUTH or Untruth.

She is a nice person but its so hard to keep up with her. Lectures make no sense, i should of dropped her class but i decided to try at the end i fail because it was useless for me to take the final. I would not take her class if i would of read the comments before. SAD syllabus so confusing

(120&121) Lectures are boring, unclear, naptime. 1 Midterm, Several Quizzes, 1 Final (open bk for essay, not for IDs). takes attendance, mumbles sometimes, gives a VERY long study guide (google to be your new BFF if it is not already). Txtbk reading is not necessary, but helpful. Somewhat easy, but need to have patience. takes forever to grade.

She's nice, but she doesn't know how to teach. She goes on constant incoherent tangents and throughout the entire class I feel like I only really learned about Hinduism. There's no other tests besides the midterm, final, and take home quizes, but the final and midterm are ridiculous. I don't recommend this teacher at all, unless you enjoy stress.

Its really hard to focus in this class especially when she talks about the same subject for 6 weeks. We stayed on chapter 1 for 6 weeks then midterm came and it was on stuff in chapters 1-3. Her lectures are rather boring and they do cover whats on the test but when she gives you a study guide its way to long. I DONT RECOMMEND AT ALL

teahcer is very disorganized. first 6 weeks of class was pretty much on the first half of chapter one yet she will test you on chapters 2 and 3. you must read the book as her lectures are not worth anything, she loses concentration a lot and talks about random things. hard to understand what you learn and no idea whats on each quiz.

This professor has rather boring lectures, and is quite disorganized. While the course is easy, the mid-term and final can come off harsh, due to the fact that much of the material does not get covered in class, and you are expected to know it all. If you do not plan to study in this class, I suggest looking elsewhere.

well almost everyone said this but let me say this again, she is the most disorganized prof I have ever had in my school life! She seems like a nice person but that's it. Boring lectures, horrible hand-writing, mentions important stuff only verbally, never written. Oh and she always forgets to bring himportant handout but blames the printing dept.

Extremely disorganized, even the syllabus was just jumbled up. Rarely actually lectured (I have about 3 whole pages of notes from her lecture for the entire 16 week semester), usually would just sit there and talk about her life and experiences which are interesting but irrelevant to the class. Super easy class though, just have to read the book.
