Her classes are completely just her lecturing with a PowerPoint. She posts the PowerPoint before hand. She goes very fast, and does multiple chapters per test, gives a review. We didnt need a physical copy of the book if you buy the online connect access and you must have it for the HW (which you get a 100% on if you do it).

Don't skip class. She will bump your grade up if you come to all the classes. Lab will definitely help your grade, so try when writing unknown papers.

She talks the whole class time, even if that means she has to start a new section 2 minutes before class is over. The plus side is if you don't miss any class she will bump your grade up.

Comment:

Her exams make up 75% of grade which is tough. Lab helps but is the other 25%. Her exams are tough and require 5+ hours of studying so prepare for that. Lab is pretty easy other than lab final unknown. She lectures way too fast so that is also tough. She is tough but you do learn a lot.

Sonny is really a helpful and fun teacher to have. She will go the extra mile to help you out. She explains things so that if you are in class and paying attention you should have few problems.

She does give you study guides-recommend typing them up earlier than the day before the test! She posts the powerpoint on her website-all you have to do is print them out and take a few notes on details, ect. Very nice teacher.
