Dr. Naulls is a very easygoing professor. He has plenty of experience in the field (as he will tell you) and you can really tell that he loves teaching. Always shows up with a smile on his face and really appreciates class participation. Very easy to get a good grade in his course, just as long as you show that you care about the topics.

His grading requirements aren't clear, he doesn't lecture as much as he shows the class videos related to the course topic, he doesn't really care what you hand him in which doesn't really let you learn the material, and he doesn't want to meet outside of class or skips the scheduled time if he says he will.

A lot of work, lots of papers, lots of homework, lots of class participation, but I seriously learned a lot! He's very clear, lectures can be boring, but just show up and do the work and he will see that and you will most definitely do well! Learned so so much.

I really enjoy taking classes with Dr. Naulls. He is very friendly, clear and keeps my interest even though the subject matter may be dry at times, I would recommend his classes to anyone interested in political science.

If you have any interest in Political Science, DO NOT take 1201 with him. He doesn't really seem to care about the course, he just shows a bunch of videos in his class. His examination process is so simple that you really don't have to know anything to do well in his class, which is good if it is an elective, but you really don't retain anything.

Took a poli sci course at another university then transfered here and had to take nulluses class....... worst thing that has ever happened to me. I lost all interest in the subjust and felt it was slow and really hard to follow because it put you to sleep. only good thing is we didnt have an exam in the end, only a portforlio.

He's a great guy and is super nice. Doesn't take much to get a great grade in this class. Just a little effort! 8:30am is killer but when your major is Poli there's nothing you can do. Doesn't expect much of teh students and that's nice for a change.

Very nice prof, but kind of abstract. He dealt a lot in theory (and yes, theory is important in poli sci but I got nothing out of it). You need to be engaged in the class or it's really easy to lose tract. He has a unique teaching style that is good if you like thinking in less concrete terms.

Nice guy, but the course material is super boring and there was quite a bit of reading. The workload is reasonable for the half- credit though. He's very accomodating if you miss something, and is a fair marker. I would take another class with him.
