Extremely disorganized and very bad with due dates. His confluence definitely dominates his personality. Generally a fun teachers though just not good with directions, instructions, or feedback. You will never know how you are doing in the class until the end of it.

He is very easy to approach about anything. His assignments leave a lot up to the students. Often I had to assume what I should do, but his feedback helped to clarify what he wanted. I learned a lot and would reccomend him

Not exactly the most organized or structured person, he tends to drive a lot of his students nuts with his random projects, his penchant for getting sidetracked easily and his overlapping due dates. He is a genuinely caring prof, though, and he'll give out extra credit for almost anything if you make an effort to ask.

At times it was incredibly difficult to deal with this professor. While he's a very nice man, very rarely did I know when anything was due, what he expected of the assignments, or even what the assignments were most of the time. Incredibly disorganized, and half of the things assigned were never brought up again. Not my kind of prof. at all.

really nice guy. sometimes confusing about he actually wants and he has a different way of teaching. i would compare him to a high school teacher because he is approachable. not much written work is given. a good amount of reading. uses webct like it is his job.

What a joke. He just wants a friend or an audience. We did some intersting things, but could have been much better. He doesn't know how to do anything, so you better know somebody who does. Half of class paid friend to do assignments for them. Ridiculous, waste of time. Boring, bogus. Could have learned much more and enjoyed it. WISE UP dept heads!

Uses WebCT waaay too much!! Got to be annoying. Was Very nice and willing to help me when I was confused about things though. Let you rewrite papers for a better grade, believes all papers are "works in progress" I would take him again!

He likes to talk about unrelated things. Not clear what he wants from assignments. Grades hard b/c you don't know what guidlines are. He says one things and means the other. Requires a webpage,e-port and blog but, doesn't know how to make them himself. In summer made us get book didn't use it once. Seems nice and is but, not easy or fair grader.

Stoll seems like an OK guy, but he's not a great teacher. Can be funny in class, but is hard to please. Classes are often confusing. Relies too much on WebCT. After a semester of hard work, I was never more unsure of what my final grade would be. I don't know how I passed.

Neat guy.Pretty loose and unpredictable. Hung up on learning but that was helpful. Gave every chance to redo stuff and gave lots of help. A harder grader than he seems. Be careful. I learned a lot.
