Comment:

Dr. Foran is one of the best teachers I've ever had. She's incredibly caring and is always there for her students. She lets us sleep in on outside of class research days and is definitely aware that english is not a huge priority for some people. She is extremely well respected and the class itself is easy for the most part.

I loved Dr. Foran as a professor. She's a super sweet lady and her class is very easy. As long as you put in some work, she will do anything to help you get the grade you want. Highly recommended!

Dr. Foran was a blessing to have as an English professor. English is my weakest area and the subject I'm least interested in; However, she made it manageable and is very willing to help any student. If you show up and turn in four decent papers you'll get an A. The nicest lady you'll ever meet.

Dr. Foran is the best prof to take if you are not necessarily partial to English class. You don't have to read in the textbook in order to get an A on every paper. Also if you get A's on the first 3, you don't have to do the final! She's the sweetest professor I've had yet, I wish I could have her next semester.

Comment:

Donna was the best English teacher I could have asked for. She's sorta old and I more or less just rambles for half the class, but she's a super sweet lady and not a tough grader at all. Unfortunately she doesn't teach ENGL 1002 so I couldn't take her again this semester :(

Dr. Foran is a great professor. Her classes can get boring at times but she is a very easy grader and is very understanding if you need an extension on a paper. Attendance is mandatory but she doesn't care if you miss unless it is peer review day. The class consists of 4 papers, a revision and reflection. Take her if you can!

Absolutely fantastic teacher, If I could take her again I would. She may be a little boring sometimes, but she is an amazing woman with a huge heart. All she wants is for you to succeed, period. She is one of the few teachers who cares more about you learning and loving it then learning and taking test. TAKE HER IF YOU GET THE CHANCE.

Ridiculously easy A. Donna is very sweet and helpful, but the class is pretty boring. A couple of tests, 1 page reaction papers, one essay, and class presentations that usually consist of bringing in a youtube video that relates to your author. Instant GPA boost.

Best teacher ever. Easy classes, doesnt care if you do the homework on time... or the paper for that matter. As long as your there for peer review day and turn in ur final portfolio without a prob, your set for an A in this class. she is laidback teacher. I wouldn't say she's very easy but you definitely do not feel intimidated by the material at all. I like how she makes it possible for us to read the material in an enjoyable rather than having to focus on every single detail that you think will be tested on. i only wished she had gone into the material more.

She was the sweetest teacher! I got an A in the class and could have still gotten an A if I only showed up for the tests. We read really good classic books, but if you didn't want to read they were all on sparknotes and you could easily pass the class if you just read that. I would definitely take her again!

Although Foran is an exceptionally nice and understanding lady, I wasn't thrilled by her teaching style. She really never delves into the topics, just gives you a blow-by-blow so you understand events. An easy class, especially if you attend regularly.
