Very well-organized and is great with making sure you understand the material. Theres a decent amount of homework but its never diffficult. The only issue I had with the class was that I had a different professor on thursdays

Attendance is mandatory so don't skip too often. TONS of homework but really boosts your grade. Video projects are hard and her and the TA don't grade easily but after doing them multiple times it gets easier. Exams are really easy if you study and pay attention. Prof is super sweet and willing to help.

Professora Dora is great! She wrote the textbook herself & is very knowledgeable. Most work is done in groups so there isn't too much pressure in front of the class. Tests & video projects are very easy; if you pay attention in class you won't have to study much outside. Hw is minimal but mirrors the tests so make sure you do it. She is very nice!

Profesora Marin is great- She uses activities in the book during class, so you have to have it. Attendance is mandatory. Chapter exams, no final, study guides given. She is really helpful if you're confused. Online homework, and she checks for homework sometimes in class, but it's really easy to do and doesn't take long. Definitely recommend!

Profesora Marin is incredibly nice. She makes everything simple and grade criteria is well-defined. Attendance is mandatory, but classes are definitely helpful. You could redo a few assignments for extra credit. Homework is assigned using the online access code so you need to buy it. The textbook is also used every day in class.

Honestly, as long as you have some kind of background in Spanish (whether it be highschool or 106) this class will be a breeze. Attendance is mandatory. There is online homework as well as bookwork that is checked for participation. 3 video projects, 2 compositions and 5 exams. She makes it very clear what to study ahead of time. Very easy!

Señora Marín is SO awesome. If you can take the class with her, DEFINITELY take it. She doesn't give too much homework, her explanations are clear, her exams are easy, and she's the nicest person, too!

Class was set up in a unique way, writing and video projects are literally worth more than the exams, so be sure to do them! Oral exam was a breeze if you study, and the exams throughout the semester are exactly what is gone over in class. If you do the homework and show up in class its an easy A. Free online text used every class!

Marin is adorable! She really motivates her students to learn! But beware her class is pretty challenging! I am majoring in Spanish and should have received an A in the class, but she made it pretty impossible to do so. For people with little Spanish skills I would recommend taking it with someone else, but either way she is still very helpful!

Simply adore her! She's very light-hearted and engaging. She's very nice and laughs a lot. She teaches you "real" spanish and is very clear on her explanations. Highly recommend her. Class is fairly easy too.

I absolutely loved her. I took her over winter session and had absolutely no problems. The classes were 2 hours wrong but went by relatively fast due to interactive exercises she'd have us do. She's a little bit of a tough grader but I managed to get an A. Just do all the work and participate and you'll have no problems.

She is very helpful and tries her best to make learning Spanish easy. She will help you as much as you help yourself. The class requires a lot of work, however, like daily web assignments. I highly reccomend going to class every day as this is the only way you can practice the foreign language. She is spunky and nice and all around adorable!

she is a very nice person and cares a lot about her students. if you put in an effort you will not have a problem getting a good grade. the tests are easy as long as you study the night before. she tells you everything you need to know for the tests. shes a little hard to understand cause she only speaks spanish but she'll slow down if no one knows
