Took her online class - she was totally absent. No response to questions/posts/etc. No midterm/final prep or study guide. Just read the book and take a quiz, write a paper or do some web research. No lectures, all learning from a boring textbook. Midterm and Final not that hard, though questions sometimes ambiguous.

By far the most horrible professor and instructor that I have had in all my years of schooling. She made a **** comment about an assignment I submitted asking if "I was of Chinese or Vietnamese Descent" because my comprehension of the english language was horrible. Not understanding and very hard. I do not recommend taking her class.

She is the worst Professor I have ever had! I had an online class with her and she was unresponsive, unhelpful, and unclear. This is the fist C I have recieved at SJSU, and I am a graduating senior. DON"T TAKE HER IF YOU CAN AVOID IT!!!

in all my years of education she has been my absolute worst teacher EVER. she may be fine if you take her class on campus, but DO NOT EVER take her online class. she doesn't respond to emails, has no office hours, gets angry if you ask for grades even if WEEKS have passed (currently I am waiting for papers to be graded that I wrote MONTHS ago)

I'm surprised at bad comments. She's a fairly easy teacher if one takes notes as she speaks. I took her class a while back and got A without much effort, just by reviewing things she mentioned in class before exmas. She's very nice and friendly.

this lady is a trip. she puts no notes on the board, and her lectures are in no way related to the tedious chapter readings. she copies the quizzes off the text website. The midterms arent easy, but if you study enough you'll pass. finish on time: she almost didnt let a bunch of us turn in our tests becuase we were a minute overtime.

The class was boring, but then gets even more boring towards the end of the semester. Her teaching skills are okay. Quizzes are given in the first month of the semester,though they were easy except for one. She gave lots of hwk/assignments but is very nit picky. Final was somewhat difficult.

She is really rude sometimes. Nice in class and then a totally different person outside the door. The whole class seemed pointless and it is actually about critial analysis and nothing to do with history. She will not help you unless you come to office hours and if it is not she is nothing but rude.

Relatively easy class if you take good notes. She grades strictly on the test essays because she lets you pick which essay to write. Just be sure to turn in the 3 papers on time because she refuses to accept late work. I did not turn in 2 papers but still got a C+

She's really nice. There were only 4 quizzes, but she gave an extra one b/c the class wanted to raise their quiz averages. There were only a few reading assignments and hardly any homework. The topic of the final was given in advance, and students could bring notes to it. There was no right answer to the final as long as your answer was logical.
