Completely out of it. Rocher epitomizes the classic "absent-minded professor" motif. Throws around marks more arbitrarily than monkees armed with bananas at the zoo. If administration at this school ever wakes up from its slumber, it should take this tenured poseur down a peg or two to assistant prof.

Overall knowledgable funny (in a self deprecating kind of way) and easy to approach guy. But his exam was WAY too hard and I personally dont like book reviews. Also the weekly writings to TA were a waste of my previous time.

Extreemly hard marker and not always the most focused in his lecturing, but organized and for them ost part got his point across. Not too good with his english considering he works at a unilingual university.

An extremely funny and likeable professor, however a terrible teacher and an unfair marker. His exam was the most unfair and arbitrary thing I've ever had to write and his TA selection is terrible. Overall, you're better off not taking his courses.
