WAS one of the best professors in the department - you should feel really ripped off if you never got to take a class with him. Hard,yes, but why would you want learning to be easy? The department should feel guilty for letting him leave.

Passionate to the max. Really got into the material. You won't necessarily learn too much from the lectures if you don't like a philosophic professor. But worth taking one of his courses just to practice doing some insanely hard readings.

Not any easy professor but if you work hard you'll do well. He prefers to test students not on memorization but their ability to understand concepts...either you like that method or you don't. It helps that he's hot...makes the 9:30am class all that much better!

A really nice prof.Makes the lectures interesting and keeps the vibe high which is needed for a challenging course like this one.Wish there were more like him.His Papers are hard,could be more clear and accessible to students,Passionate about his course,which rubs off on the students.Hes a good lad.

Whitehall is a good lecturer. The class is interesting and relevent to the world today. His tests are REALLY hard though. 50 mins. is not enough tiime to writre what he expects you to write. Overall the class is really hard, but probably worth taking if your interested in going farther in Poli Sci.
