I had him for 243 and 247 last year. He is very helpful and understand if you approach him. He tries to keep you entertained in his lectures though sometimes it can get boring. He brought his dogs to class once, which was awesome.

I had him for both 240 and 247 this year. He is very understanding and really takes an interest if you put the time into meeting with him. Truly the best prof I have had so far and I consider myself lucky even though the work load is quite crazy. But he rewards hard work as long as you make an effort and communicate with him when issues arise.

bad assignments. prof gives poor instructions as to what you are supposed to write about.very vague.lecures not so useful.he expects a lot.strict grading.not impressed with the attitude.prefers some students over others.BAD TA's( at least Meg was-be ware of her-really moody and a bit crazy).if you want your AVERAGE to go DOWN take this course.

Likes teaching and helps students so much. However, the midterm is insanely hard in every course he teaches. You make up for it with the assignments but doesn't result in high marks. He is a good person though.
