They should've said on the course registration that BIOC 402 was taught by 2 profs! I checked the rating for Brayer and it was good so I registerd in it, but nobody mentioned MAUK until first day of class! his midterm is HARD!! class average was ~45%!!! but he's a nice guy, if you miss lectures, just email him, he'll hook you up!

Clear, understandable notes - given out at the beginning of classes. Very helpful IF you have the guts to go talk to him. He may come off as unfriendly at first but its just his 'wry' sense of humour.

marks very hard, and misleading info about whats on the exams, i.e. what to memorize. make sure he is VERY clear about this to the class. very unfair exam. class avg was 48% !!

organized notes but not in proper order. Exams very hard and requires too much thinking in too little time. Not a bad guy..answers email questions. However, sometimes goes off talking about something else during class which makes you unable to focus.

This guy IS one of the worst prof ever for sure. The notes are totally meaningless and unorganized, so there is absolutely no way one can understand the material, nevermind answering questions on the exam. Lectures boring, super hard exams.... suck!!
