If you like surprises and thrive on how well you guess whats going to be on teachers exams then you are going to hate this teacher. Tells you whats going to be on the exam and guess what it's on the exam. He hates trick questions so the exams are usually very straightforward. Lots of hws though and it can be long and hard will help on the exams.

Hes awesome. Explains things until everyone in the class understands. You would have to TRY very hard to fail his class.Tests are fair. Also sitting through his class is straight entertainment value. Impossible to find professors that are funny and have knowledge of SC's.

SemiCond Devices: This is a tough subject. He explains the basics good. Study his NOTES and do the HW and attend class...than the tests will be a lot easier. No tricks, nice guy. Class is recommended.

Extremely hard class or an easy class depending on whether you want to just copy old homeworks/exams. Professor notes aren't great, some mistakes on homework solutions, book is terrible (get the extra recommended on for $40 on half.com, it is marginally better). Insane amounts of homework (10-20 hours a week unless you copy). Overall, OK class/prof
