She is extremely knowledgeable, make sure you attend class b/c you will fall behind, sit in the front, &go to office hours! The extra credit final will definitely boost up your grade. I thought I was going to receive a C &in the end I got an A. Good professor.

If you take her, she will really try her best to get you a good grade. You get to use 1 full, front and back page of notes on every test and quiz, she gave us an optional extra credit final, 40 points, whatever you get right on the final adds to your grade. I'd suggest her if you have to take stats

Great teacher! She's very caring and helpful. If you come in her office with questions, she will sit down and spend time explaining things that you didn't understand in the lecture, etc. Thank you professor Oh-Surh for looking out for me! :)

She does teach kinda fast but you can usually get everything down in notes. She also repeats definitions 3-4 times so you get a chance to write it down. She is very kind and soft-spoken and some things can be hard to understand with her accent. The tests are kinda tough, but she grades easy on the research paper. Just turn in everything on time.

SHe is such a nice great teacher! The class I thought would be very boring, but she made it interesting. The tests were pretty hard, mostly on the textbook, some notes. The final project was alot of work but actully interesting. She is an easy grader on the project, but the tests are hard if you don't study.

hardest class i have ever taken at SDSU. she talks and teaches extremly fast. I HATE MATH but i ended up pulling a C+ out of this class. i recommend going to her office hours, she is more personal and helpful during office hours and she is during her lectures..GOOD LUCK!

She's a very kind and helpful teacher, but her tests are hard. She lectures way too fast for us to write down and she's a bit unclear at times. Lenient on Papers/Project. Really have to work hard in this class.

Hardest teacher - disrespectful - thinks she is the greatest thing since sunshine. Unorganized and makes the class harder than it has to be - rushes big time and then gets upset when you try to stop her.

She is one of the most unorganized and unhelpful teachers i have ever had. She confuses herself in class often...students find themselves correcting her! She will go off on teaching tangents that make your brain hurt! One assignment a chapter and a notecard on tests are the only plusses. I'm getting an A but i still wish i had a different teacher.

Avoid this class. I must say that her class is pure lecture. She rambles on from the minute class starts til the very end. She talks to fast, so it is difficult to get all the notes. The median test score was a "D".

She's kind but not easy. You learn a lot from her. Tests can be killer (even with your notes) but she's lenient on the research paper & project. Too many people WHINED about too many petty things instead of LISTENING. Just go over your lecture notes every other day. It helps a lot. There's worse teachers & classes @ SDSU than Oh-Surh. Stop trippin!

The test were very hard and she gives an extra credit assignment that is very time consuming and not even worth the effort. There are 3 test worth 50pts each no don't be fooled by the multiple choice (it's harder than the short anwsers). 1 pg. of notes allowed on test. She is an easy grader on the research paper. YOu do learn a lot in her class!

Her accent makes the class even harder than it already is. The workload is not that bad, but don't expect to take this class and not work. You WILL work hard but she does curve at the end of the semester. If you can avoid her, I would.

Not easy at all, and completely boring. She just reads her notes, and expects you to copy them verbatim. Tests are hard, but at least she curves and theres no final.
