He is hands down the worst teacher I have ever had. He is unclear, rude, seems to have no idea what he is talking about, and manages to make interesting material boring. Avoid taking him at all costs.

Worst teacher and most unhelpful does not care about students grades. Over 15 percent of your entire microbiology grade depends on remember the names of scientists most of which you learn on your own time. Very unorganized person who does not have any exam reviews. It's a guessing game to as what will be on your exams.

Attendance is not required. If you do attend the lectures, you will not learn much. He reads off the powerpoints which contain the same info as the book. He makes mistakes when correcting the tests, so watch out!! He is better as a lab instructor. He seems uninterested in teaching and in helping his students. You have to study hard for the tests.

I had him for Bio 101 Lab, and hated him... He was very sarcastic and rude. When I had him in Bio 102, he was actually really funny most of the time, but he was still rude to some of the students. He tells you one way to study for the exam, and it always proves to be useless. Don't even bother getting the work book... It did not help me one bit.

3 tests, most come directly from the study guide. sometimes he said they would be from the study guide and weren't. Downfall is the final is worth 50% does drop the lowest grade out of the three. Funniest Professor I have ever had at Suffolk. Taking BIO 102 with him again. Don't go to class often not worth it...no attendance policy

He isn't THAT bad, but I guess if you'r looking for an easy A he's probably the wrong guy to take. If your stuck and have to take his class, don't worry...just study really hard for exams and you'll be fine..use the STUDY GUIDES! He takes alot of the questions for exams from them.

Worst professor ever...so boring. He the kind of guy u wanna watch get beat up, not beat him up yourself, but just watch it happen. He has a bit of a temper but if you aren't intimidated and ask for help, he'll definately help you out. He's pretty funny, too. If you stay on top of the reading and studying, the class is a breeze, very interesting too. I recommend him and am going to take another one of his classes next semester.

I sorta like the guy. But the lessons have nothing to do with what is on the tests. He favors history over class substance, which leads to some very surprising tests.
