Comment:

Knows literally everything about IP and Antitrust. Always a friendly demeanor. Can ramble sometimes in lecture and that can make him a little unclear. Often unclear as to what exactly he wants you to take away from a case. Exams are a tight curve, so hard in that respect. To not take Antitrust with him would be like passing up an amazing education.

Class was enjoyable and a nice break from the nittyt gritty of Contracts and LAWR. There is a tight curve which can be a benefit or detriment depending on your mentality. I do think if you take the reading seriously that you will do well.

very entertaining. this guy knows everything. and he'll tell you all of it during his lectures. exams are not difficult if you study what he tells you to study. best prof at iowa (tied with Jean Love).

Very enjoyable classroom experience -- not intense. Exams are tricky, in that they stick very close to what's covered in class and it is difficult to differentiate yourself to break out of curve. If you worry about your grades, avoid his class.
